The professional staff at ESH includes 6 licensed civil engineers and 6 licensed land surveyors, and 1 architect registered in the State of Hawaii. Assisting them is a supporting staff of administrative/clerical personnel, engineers in training, draft persons, engineering technicians, field and office survey technicians, and a group of construction management administrators, engineers and inspectors.
